Make a Difference as a Community Partner
Ready to walk alongside someone rebuilding their life? The Redemption Project (TRP) is seeking caring volunteers who reside in Minnesota to support our program graduates - whom we call Associates - as they transition home from incarceration.
What Community Partners Do:
Begin the relationship at release. Connect with your Associate shortly after they leave custody—by phone, email, and in person.
Support the first 90 days. Stay in touch throughout their first three months back in the community, offering steady encouragement and practical guidance.
Champion their goals. Cheer them on as they pursue stable, gainful employment and navigate the ups and downs of reentry.
Inside prison, a person makes roughly 3,600 decisions a day; outside, that can jump to 36,000. The choices—and pressures—multiply fast. A committed Community Partner can make all the difference.
How TRP Supports You
You won’t do this alone. TRP provides training, resources, and ongoing support for the entire partnership.

This is a deeply rewarding way to invest in someone’s future. Questions or ready to start?
