Dwight H. Tostenson
Chief Executive Officer
Dwight Tostenson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Redemption Project. As the architect of the Virtues for Success™ curriculum, he has built a transformative program that equips justice-impacted individuals with the tools to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society. Under his leadership, The Redemption Project has grown into a recognized leader in second-chance employment and community reintegration.
Drawing on decades of leadership experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, Dwight brings a unique ability to connect vision with execution. He works closely with Associates, Senior Partners, and community stakeholders to ensure The Redemption Project remains focused on reducing recidivism and creating lasting opportunities for success.
Passionate about service, Dwight believes in the power of partnerships, accountability, and personal growth to change lives, not just for our Associates, but for families and communities across Minnesota and beyond.

Tom Pippitt
senior partner & systems administrator
Tom is the Systems Administrator and Senior Partner, supporting the team and keeping daily operations running smoothly. With more than 30 years of experience in technology and a Master’s in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, he ensures TRP stays current and effective. A graduate of our Virtues for Success™ program during his incarceration at the Federal Medical Center in Rochester, Tom now uses his expertise and experience to help others build positive futures.
Odell Wilson
Senior Partner of Community Outreach &
Institutional Adjunct Instructor
Odell serves as a Senior Partner of Community Outreach and Institutional Adjunct Instructor who works directly with civic organizations and community leaders to strengthen our network of Community Partners, Employment Partners, and Support Services Partners. As an instructor of the Virtues for Success™ course, he helps Associates build the foundation for a successful reentry. He also plays a role in matching Associates with Partners who will walk alongside them, ensuring they have the guidance, opportunities, and support needed to thrive.

Bradley Ratgen
Senior Partner of Advancement & Development
Brad serves as the Senior Partner of Advancement and Development. He leads our grant efforts. finding, applying for, and managing funding opportunities, while also working with the CEO to cultivate private donations. Brad regularly meets with potential and current donors to strengthen relationships and grow support for our mission. Additionally, Brad partners with Associates to ensure they can accomplish all that they desire.
Malcolm Olatunde
Senior Partner of Community Relations & Workforce Innovation
Malcolm serves as the Senior Partner of Community Relations & Workforce Innovation. He focuses on building strong collaborations by solidifying new Partnerships and networking with organizations that align with our mission. Malcolm also works directly with Associates upon release, ensuring their essential needs are met so they can focus on building stability and success in their reentry journey.

Bruce Morrissette
Senior Partner of Community Outreach &
Institutional Adjunct instructor
Bruce serves as one of our Senior Partner of Community Outreach and Institutional Adjunct Instructors. As an instructor of the Virtues for Success™ program, he works directly with Associates inside correctional facilities, helping them prepare for successful reentry. Beyond the classroom, Bruce engages in our community outreach by recruiting and supporting volunteer Partners, and by connecting Associates with Partners who can walk with them during incarceration and after release.
Christine Fitz
administrative assistant
As an Administrative/Finance specialist, Christine provides her expertise in administration and finance. In this role, Christine is responsible for financial, facilities, business and administrative activities. Christine participates in strategic planning and problem solving, policy formulation and budgetary decisions, as well as offering financial counsel and guidance on the implications of institutional decisions. In her over 20 years of experience, she has helped businesses and non-profits adjust to utilize their resources to continue to maximize their goals.
In her personal life, Christine enjoys her family, friends, dog, volunteering and outdoor activities of golf, walking, running, and pickleball.
Ann Staloch
administrative assistant
Ann Staloch brings a blend of community leadership, nonprofit experience, and fundraising strategy to The Redemption Project. She currently serves as President of the Waseca Economic Development Authority and sits on the Board of the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation. A lifelong believer in service, Ann is an active Rotarian and Exchangite, dedicating her time to youth-focused organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and Junior Achievement.
Ann is known for her ability to turn vision into action, mobilizing resources, unifying teams, and delivering results with clarity and heart. At TRP, she works alongside the CEO to strengthen fundraising efforts, engage mission-aligned partners, and ensure every dollar raised directly affects the lives of justice-impacted individuals working toward a second chance.
