Building Skills, Building Brotherhood

Our First Associate Dinner Symposium

Speaker

This week, we held our very first Associate Dinner Symposium at the King Coil Building, and what a night it was.

Our friends at OG ZAZA’s provided an incredible meal, serving wood-fired pizza that had the room buzzing. A special thanks goes to owner and former TRP Board Chairman, Josh Headquist, for making it happen. We are equally grateful to King Coil Spirits for donating the venue, giving us a warm and welcoming space to gather.

The highlight of the evening was hearing from Eric Rogness of Supreme Lending, who walked our Associates through the mortgage process, expectations, and steps toward homeownership. Eric took the time to answer each question, making the complex feel simple and showing our Associates that building a financial future is both possible and practical.

We also shared our new Partners platform, which opens the door to even more collaboration and growth for TRP. It was powerful to see our Associates not only learning but also reconnecting with one another, the comradery in the room was undeniable, something only those who have walked this journey together truly understand.

This was the first of many. We will be hosting two symposiums each month, each focused on practical soft skills that benefit both personal and professional life. These aren’t “reentry” skills, these are life skills that everyone needs to thrive.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our Chief of Staff, Mikhail Rostislavovich, and our Women’s Associate Facilitator Volunteer, Ann Staloch, whose vision and hard work brought these symposiums to life. I’m proud of the path we’re paving together.

Our next gathering will be in Minneapolis at Morrissey’s Irish Pub. And for our Women’s Associates, your own symposiums are on the way very soon.

At TRP, we believe in more than second chances. We believe in equipping our Associates with tools to build lasting futures, one skill, one conversation, and one shared meal at a time.

Thanks,

Dwight
